• Lumentum (LITE) up 5% after announcing that Coherent (COHR) has provided notice of termination of their previously announced definitive merger agreement, pursuant to which Coherent is required to pay a $217.6M termination fee to the company
• Enochian BioSciences (ENOB) up 22% after Seraph Research Institute and the company announced that a 36-year old patient with recurrent glioblastoma achieved complete remission for a period of 15 months
